Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Please read the following carefully:

·         Do not make any payment if you only want to try the program out.  Only click the button below when you have actually decided to buy a copy of the program.  If you do not understand how to run the trial or need extra time to evaluate the program, please email us at support@tcscanplus.com

·         No refunds will be issued once we have sent you an unlock code.  After you have made your purchase, you should send us your software code and we will then send an unlock code allowing unlimited use of your copies of the programs. When the program is unlocked, we have no way to relock it again.  So, once we have sent you an unlock code, your purchase is final and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

·         If you make a purchase and then request a refund before we have sent you an unlock code, we will deduct $10 off your refund to cover credit card processing fees.
